WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling.We accept all major credit and debit cards along with Google Pay and Apple Pay. Please note we do not accept payment via cheque.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our returns policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase we can't offer you a refund or exchange.Your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure it is also returned in the original packaging.Parcels that have been undelivered due to a failed delivery, a rejected delivery, missed delivery or due to incorrect details being supplied the item cost will only be refunded.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do! If you can't decide what to choose for that special friend or family member then we have that sorted for you. You can purchase our vouchers from £5 upwards. Our vouchers are printed on card and will have our unique logo on them. Vouchers are valid for 6 months. All vouchers are posted via Royal Mail.
