REFUND POLICY
Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. We maybe able to offer an exchange in certain circumstances. Please contact us for any help.

Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please forward photos of your damaged items to help us claim against our courier. You can contact us using the contact us section on our website or email.

Refunds
Once your return is received we will inspect your item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and refunded within 72 hours of receiving your returned goods.

Sales Products
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns Address
Once you have approval to return your product you will recieve instructions of the returns process, including the returns address. You will be responsible for paying your own non-refundable postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item. Only the item cost will be refunded.
